Q: How long will it take for me to get my items?

From the moment you place your order, there are two steps that commence:

1) Processing time: All orders are prepared for shipment within 24 hours after the order is placed. 

2) Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. This item is shipped directly from our warehouse and will take around 1-2 weeks to reach customers within the United States. You will receive a tracking number through email with each order. 

If more than 14 days have passed for order shipment, please contact us at customerservice@freakssociety.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Q: What happens if I order more than one item?

All items will ship together in 1 package. No need to worry :)

Q: Can I return my items?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is also responsible for covering any shipping charges to return items.

Yes, of course! We use SSL (secure socket layer) security to ensure that all of your data is encrypted and kept safe at all times. We also offer PayPal to for checkout on all customer orders.
